There's nothing more frustrating than not being able to speak, read or write a word of English. Neel can help with all facets of English for beginners. As an English teacher he will cover all the basics you need to know as well as focus on the areas that you need help with specifically. If it's just being able to order something at a grocery store in English or being able to make a phone call to a government department in English, Neel can help. If your English is slightly above beginner, Neel can help you too.
