Please remember that your chosen tutor has to prepare for your lesson. This may be an hour to two hours of preparation the day before your lesson. If you suddenly cancel at the last minute they've not only wasted their time preparing for you, they won't be able to get another student to replace you at such short notice.

All tutors are casuals and only come to the office when a student has scheduled a lesson.

You are welcome to reschedule your lesson anytime and any day before the lesson. 
Please do not cancel on the day of the lesson.
